1. What is DrafterPlus AI

DrafterPlus AI is a web-based AI assistant that provides access to large language models for coding, creative writing, image generation, and general assistance. The service offers free and paid tiers with varying usage limits.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DrafterPlus AI. By using the service you confirm that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 should have parental or guardian consent.

3. Account & Authentication

Access is provided through Google OAuth. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. DrafterPlus AI is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use DrafterPlus AI to:

• Generate content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Produce CSAM or any content that sexualizes minors
• Create malware, phishing attacks, or other malicious tools
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent usage limits or rate limits
• Scrape, reverse-engineer, or otherwise abuse the platform
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules at any time without prior notice.

5. AI-Generated Content

DrafterPlus AI routes requests through third-party AI providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated output. Content generated by the AI does not constitute professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialist advice.

You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content. Always verify important information from authoritative sources.

6. Plans & Billing

Billing is processed weekly via Stripe. Available plans: Free (€0), Pro (€7.49/week), and Plus (€24.99/week). Each plan resets its usage limits on a daily basis. Plan changes take effect immediately.

All payments are final. No refunds are possible under any circumstances. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.

7. Usage Limits

Free accounts have daily usage limits. These limits exist to ensure fair access for all users and to keep the service sustainable. We reserve the right to adjust limits at any time. Exceeding your daily quota will result in temporary rate limiting (HTTP 429 responses) until the next reset at midnight UTC.

8. API Keys & OAuth Applications

You are responsible for keeping your API keys and OAuth client secrets secure. Compromised keys should be deleted immediately via the dashboard. DrafterPlus AI is not responsible for unauthorized usage of your keys or tokens.

Developers creating OAuth applications are additionally bound by the Developer Terms of Service.

9. Privacy & Data

Your use of DrafterPlus AI is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the service you consent to the processing of your data as described therein.

10. Intellectual Property

DrafterPlus AI and its logo, design, and code are the property of their respective owners. You retain ownership of content you create using the service, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

11. Service Availability

AI services may experience downtime, degradation, or temporary unavailability. The service is provided on a best-effort basis. DrafterPlus does not provide a guaranteed uptime SLA.

12. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. DrafterPlus AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
